Dear Daniel,

It’s been 15 years today, since I last saw you. I miss you a lot but we had so many good memories together that I smile more than cry when I think of you. Of course I wish you were here but I mostly feel at peace knowing you lived your 34 years to the fullest, leaving a mark on myself and many others that will last forever.

Today your legacy continues with your two boys @sebastianwheldon and @oliver.wheldon not just in life but also in racing. Oliver won a race this year and several podiums in his first season of car racing in the US. Sebastian won Four races in Europe and is moving on to F3 in 2027. Both are bad fast too 💨

You would be proud of @susiewheldon as she is one tough cookie but do know many of us are still close by keeping an eye on them all for you too.

Will write to you again soon. Miss you mate 🧡🤍
