Everyone celebrates revenue.

Very few people ask what it actually costs to create it.

I used to think bigger invoices meant I was getting ahead. The longer I’ve been in business, the more I’ve realized that revenue and progress aren’t the same thing.

A business can look successful from the outside while quietly struggling on the inside.

That’s why I’ve stopped chasing numbers that impress other people and started paying attention to the numbers that keep a business alive.

I’m still ambitious. I still want to grow. But growth without profitability is just expensive momentum.

To every entrepreneur watching this: don’t confuse movement with progress.

Build something that lasts.

That is so much risk to take on for $1,500 and they could never lift it without your crane. And the time saved lifting and setting that many trusses is 10x your price in value delivered!
