Manchester City Fans Advisory Board have contacted Merseyside Police over concerns they have when the cheats roll into town next weekend. They believe the media have stoked tensions towards Manchester City & their supporters. They are asking Merseyside Police to put extra security in place to ensure the safe arrival of the Manchester City team bus and the Manchester City fans around Anfield. At this moment in time there are no plans by LFC supporters to do a coach greeting as they did in the Champions League quarter final back in 2018. We need to do what we do best reds. Line the streets, greet the coach of you wish and make that ground as hostile as it can be. But do not over step the mark. Get behind our team and do it in the right way. No way are these cheating bastards going to blame the media for stoking tensions or blaming us for our feelings towards them. They have done it all themselves by robbing us of trophy after trophy. Robbing one of our greatest managers of a legacy bigger than what he has got. Finishing the league season with 97 points and still finishing second behind the biggest doping outfit the country has ever seen. We get behind our team, we boo the City team every time they are on the ball but we do it as we always have done with class. Do not give them any reason to become the good guy in the story in which they are the villain. Bring your scarves, flags, smoke and get behind our team. Let’s give them hell🔴🧨🐦‍🔥
Karen Nyamu has accused Eric Omondi of planning the chants against her at Natalie Githinji’s endometriosis event. “I believe Eric Omondi planned what happened when I took the stage. I’m told he and Antonio, the MC, instructed people at the back to chant when I spoke,” she said. Nyamu also accused Eric of previously “politicizing a good gesture,” claiming he stepped in after Shalkido had asked her for a motorbike and she had already bought him one.

We Have No Candidate, No Party to Favour — INEC Reaffirms Neutrality, Fairness and Transparency Ahead of 2027 Elections The Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof. Joash Amupitan, SAN, has reaffirmed the commission’s neutrality ahead of the 2027 general election, stating that INEC has no candidate or political party to favour. Amupitan made the statement during a visit to the Emir of Zazzau, Amb. Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli, as part of INEC’s stakeholder engagement and preparations for the 2027 elections. The INEC chairman described traditional institutions as key stakeholders in the electoral process, citing their influence and reach across communities. He also stressed the importance of public trust in strengthening democracy. According to him, the commission began preparations early because of the scale and complexity of conducting elections across the country. He said INEC was testing, auditing and strengthening its systems ahead of the polls rather than waiting until the last minute. Amupitan assured the Emir that the commission would remain committed to neutrality, fairness and transparency. “We have no candidates, we have no political party, we have no interest other than the sovereign will of the people of Nigeria,” he said. He added that INEC would continue engaging traditional rulers and other stakeholders as preparations for the 2027 General Election intensify.
