Today marks 3 months since my sister passed away. 💔It’s been the hardest time of my life and the pain is still indescribable but I’m managing it better day by day. These are some of the things that have been helping.
I hope this helps someone and even if you aren’t going through grief, be kind…you never know what someone is going through just because they don’t look visibly broken.

I too am the eldest of 3 sisters so I feel your post more than words can say. I’m so deeply deeply sorry.
