My darling little sister Nadine 💔💔💔. My heart has been ripped from my chest and stomped on. I still cannot believe you are gone. You meant more to me than words can express. Not just a sister but also a best friend and a wonderful auntie to Eliana. I never imagined living life without you in it. We were supposed to grow old together. 💔 I miss our (at least twice daily) FaceTime calls, I miss your hugs, our private jokes, your hilarious stories, our random dances, our travels, our joint birthday celebrations, your wisdom, your advice and even the serious and hard moments. Everything was better because you were here. Not just for me, but for everyone who knew you. You were a light. I miss you with every fibre of my being. I will never not feel the pain of losing you. The Quayson 3 are now just 2 and will never be the same again. This hurts too much. I love you forever. 💔💔💔 UPDATE: I am overwhelmed with the love everyone has shown, for those asking how to support the family during this time, there is a link to a donations page in my bio. God bless you 🙏🏾 by @mariethelaure
A little something we’ve been cooking up 👨🏾‍🍳👶🏾 Beyond excited to start this new chapter of life — we can’t wait to meet you baby girl; you are the biggest blessing that God has bestowed on us. To my love @mariethelaure — watching you during this period of life has been nothing short of incredible. I love you more than you will ever know and I’m truly blessed to go on this path with you ❤️ 📷: @aliquayson by @mariethelaure
One thing that is abundantly true is that life’s path is not a linear one. It’s one full of really high highs, and lows that you’d never want to experience. But despite all of the challenges faced in this life, God has brought us together in the midst of it all. To my amazing wife — you’ve shown me that even after the worst experiences that life can generate, the sun can shine once again, and it shines through you in the most impeccable, beautiful and radiant way. Being able to love you is a gift from God, and one that I won’t take for granted. The summer brought the most incredible celebration of love, and every day with you is a day that I honour and cherish more than you will probably ever know. Life is a trip, but with you I’m reminded of the grace of God, and the timeless beauty of second chances. I love you @mariethelaure ❤️😘 📷 @zealphotographyuk by @mariethelaure
If you know you want to get pregnant one day…get in the best shape of your life beforehand… 18 months postpartum, 20kg down. Training while pregnant absolutely helped (do it if you can), but consistently training before was absolutely the foundation. And no I am not a trainer. #fitmoms by @mariethelaure
Today marks 3 months since my sister passed away. 💔It’s been the hardest time of my life and the pain is still indescribable but I’m managing it better day by day. These are some of the things that have been helping. I hope this helps someone and even if you aren’t going through grief, be kind…you never know what someone is going through just because they don’t look visibly broken. Do people still hashtag on here? Anyway #grief #grieving #siblingloss by @mariethelaure
My wife and I become professional wedding guests at this time of year 😄👰🏾🤵🏾‍♂️ by @mariethelaure
✨June highlights✨ First wedding of the year was absolutely beautiful, with one of the best groom speeches I’ve ever heard 👏🏾. I finished immunotherapy 🙏🏾, finally getting stronger again. Spent more time making memories with friends and family. Went one day where I didn’t cry my eyes out over my late sister…so yeah. by @mariethelaure
Happy Father’s Day to my love @jeffreyboadi 🥹❤️ aka Dad Pro Max 3000. The kindest, most helpful, most thoughtful father, who truly wanted to be a parent and not just simply have a child. Because of you, my experience as a mother has been so much better, and yet you strive to get better each day. I am so glad our daughter has you as a dad! And she is too! Seeing your relationship blossom is truly a gift. Love you always. Marie-Laure & Eliana ❤️❤️❤️ by @mariethelaure
Happy Birthday to me. 🎉🥳 The past year has been by far the hardest year of my life. The book I will write is going to be really something. But it has also brought me the biggest blessing in becoming a mother. Grateful to be here and that even in my brokenness, the Lord has been my strength. 🙏🏾 by @mariethelaure
It’s such an honour to share Jeffrey & Marie-Laure’s, a love that neither of them saw coming. Their story is a reminder that even in our deepest grief, love doesn’t give up on us. This episode is for anyone who has loved and lost, anyone walking through a storm, and anyone who needs a reminder that beauty really can rise from ashes ♥️ New episode out now, link in bio ✨ #love #loss #grief #relationships #marriage by @mariethelaure

Recently had the pleasure of celebrating the traditional marriage of the stunning 🤩 @t0nit0ne and @taye9ja 🇳🇬❤️ I always say how much I love it when a couple actually like each other! And these two really do! So much joy in the room between them both and all of the rest of us. Cheers to many years of more joy, good health and abundance!
