The Confidence Experience: 3 hour Pop-Up Workshop for Girls is coming to Dartmouth! July 18th, 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm!
More than just a workshop, The Confidence Experience is an unforgettable afternoon designed to help girls discover their strengths, build self-belief, and have fun in a supportive environment.
Led by Kim, a Certified Confidence Coach, former model, pageant coach and judge, girls will participate in an intimate, interactive experience where every attendee is seen, encouraged, and celebrated.
Throughout the workshop, participants will:
* Complete a fun and engaging 25-page confidence workbook created by Kim.
* Enjoy interactive games and activities that encourage teamwork, self-expression, and meaningful conversations.
* Learn the fundamentals of poise, posture, and presence, including a confidence runway walk that teaches girls how body language can project strength, self-assurance, and self-respect while making a positive first impression.
* Build friendships with other girls in a welcoming, encouraging environment.
* Participate in an empowering professional-style confidence photoshoot, giving them the opportunity to see themselves through a new lens and celebrate who they are becoming.
Each participant will receive:
* Five professionally edited digital photos
* A keepsake empowerment bracelet
* A confidence journal to continue their journey long after the workshop ends
With limited class sizes, every girl receives personalized coaching and encouragement in a positive, uplifting atmosphere.
She’ll leave with more than beautiful photos, she’ll leave with new friendships, practical confidence-building tools, and a stronger belief in herself.
