Guiding girls & women to rise with unshakable confidence, self-love & purpose. Certified Confidence Coach/Mentor. Making magic out of mindsets. 💫

POSTS STORIES REELS

There’s a little magic that happens when girls step away from the noise and simply spend time connecting with one another. ✨

Talking. Laughing. Sharing. Learning. Being seen.

Our Girls with Goals workshop is about so much more than confidence. It’s about creating a space where girls can explore self-love, body positivity, friendships, mindset, goals, and what it means to truly believe in themselves.

Because confidence isn’t just about how you look or how you walk into a room.

It starts with how you see yourself.
And that’s where the magic begins. 💕

I’m so proud of these girls and grateful for the moments we shared together.

My next pop up workshop will be announced soon! To learn more about the program visit NextGen Empowered’s website the link is in my bio! 💫.

Has your daughter become quieter lately?

Maybe she second-guesses herself, hesitates to speak up, or seems more concerned about what others think than she used to be.

You’re not alone, and neither is she.

In my latest blog, I talk about why so many tweens and teens become shy during adolescence, what’s really happening behind the scenes, and a few simple ways parents can help build confidence at home.

💗 It might just give you a whole new perspective.

“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.” — Carl Jung

I start my workshops with this fact and I say to my girls… Think about this for a moment...

The odds of you being born have been estimated at roughly 1 in 400 trillion. Out of all the possibilities that could have existed, there is only one you.

You weren’t created to spend your life trying to be someone else. Your greatest gift is embracing who you are, owning your strengths, learning from your challenges, and becoming the person you were meant to be.

The world doesn’t need another copy of someone else. It needs you.

✨ Be bold enough to become who you truly are.

There was curriculum, photoshoot and of course time for some Tik Tok creativity by my girls! 💫💕 by @nextgenempowered

Today is the day! ✨

I am beyond excited to officially begin my first NextGen Empowered “Confidence Experience” Workshop!

What started as a dream to help girls discover their worth, build confidence, and embrace who they truly are is finally coming to life. Every journal, bracelet, folder, activity, and detail was chosen with love and intention.

Today, these amazing girls will be reminded that they are unique, capable, and worthy exactly as they are. My hope is that they leave feeling stronger, more confident, and empowered to shine their light in the world.

The future is bright, and it starts with believing in yourself. 💖

Every detail matters when you’re creating an experience that helps girls believe in themselves. ✨

Today I put together the curriculum folders, picked up the journals and crystal bracelets for the girls attending my very first Confidence Experience Workshop, and seeing it all come together made this feel so real.

I am beyond excited to spend Saturday morning with these amazing young women, helping them discover their strengths, build confidence, and realize just how incredible they already are.

This isn’t just a workshop. It’s a day designed to inspire self-belief, encourage new friendships, and remind every girl in the room that her voice matters and her future is bright. 💖

The Power of a Confidence Coach 💫

There comes a moment — quiet but undeniable — when you realize you’ve been dimming your light to make others comfortable… hiding your voice to avoid judgment… second-guessing yourself out of fear, not fact.

A confidence coach doesn’t give you something you don’t already have.

They help you remember what the world made you forget.

They help you peel back the layers — the people-pleasing, the perfectionism, the “not enough” — and reconnect you to your truth.

The version of you that walks into a room without shrinking.
That speaks without apology.
That believes, finally, you are worthy — not someday, but now.

The power of a confidence coach isn’t in their answers.
It’s in the way they help you find your own.

Drop a 🩷 if this spoke to you, or send me a message to learn how confidence coaching can help you or your child build strength of self!

✨ “Be so completely yourself that everyone else feels safe to be themselves too.”

When we own who we are without filters, fear, or comparison we give others permission to do the same. That’s the heart of Becoming YOU — an 8-week journey for teens and pre-teens to discover their true selves, build confidence, and lead with authenticity.

📅 Starts September 8th.
💫 Because the world needs more real.
