LOW 5–6h. Shred chicken; add 120ml double cream, ½ cup grated Parmesan + 1 cup frozen peas. HIGH 20–30 mins. Stir through separately cooked rice (1¼ cups dry).

🤎 BEEF + ONION CASSEROLE
800g stewing beef, 2 sliced onions, 3 finely chopped carrots, 3 crushed garlic cloves, 2 tbsp tomato purée, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp thyme, 240ml beef stock.
LOW 8–10h until tender. Add 1 tbsp cornflour mixed with 1 tbsp cold water; HIGH 20–30 mins. Serve with buttery mash.

🧡 CREAMY BUTTER CHICKEN

LOW 5–6h. Stir in 120ml double cream + 2 tbsp butter; heat through 15–20 mins. Serve with rice + naan.

🤍 CREAMY BEEF STROGANOFF
800g stewing beef, 1 sliced onion, 250g sliced mushrooms, 3 crushed garlic cloves, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp each Dijon + paprika, 180ml beef stock.
LOW 8–10h until tender. Add 1 tbsp cornflour mixed with 1 tbsp cold water; HIGH 20–30 mins. Stir in 180ml full-fat crème fraîche; LOW 10–15 mins. Serve with rice or tagliatelle.

🍝 HIDDEN VEG BOLOGNESE
