Day 5 of ÌMÍ 2026 was a quiet return to the self.
Through conversations with OSAZE EFE @osaze_efe and a movement masterclass with Chibueze Iyele @hermesiyele , we were reminded that every creative journey begins within.
We reflected on authenticity - not as something to perform, but something to protect. We explored movement not as choreography alone, but as presence, awareness, and a way of knowing ourselves.
Together, the day asked us to pause before asking what we are building, and instead ask why.
Because purpose is not simply discovered.
It is practiced.
It is deepened.
It is embodied.
As Osaze left us with these words:
”Find your why, Remain in it, and Rise in it like a majestic mountain”
