We’re ALL guilty of reaching for our phones the second we open our eyes! 📱 One of the biggest changes I’ve made to my morning routine is not allowing my phone to have access to me before I have access to myself. I don’t even keep my phone in the same room when I sleep. 🤍 that’s a whole other topic ! Those first moments of my morning belong to ME. No notifications, no emails, no scrolling, and no outside noise. Just me, my meditation, my gratitude, and a little time to connect with myself before the world starts asking for my attention. As a Reiki Master, one thing I’ve learned over the years is how important it is to protect your energy. And that starts the moment you wake up. How you begin your morning sets the tone for how you move through your day. Choose peace before pressure. Presence before distractions. Yourself before the outside world. ✨ 🌸 Today’s mantra, say it with me: I protect my peace, honor my energy, and give myself permission to begin each day on my own terms. Neighbors, Big Draco might be trading the booth for the White House. Y’all taking him seriously? 👀
A 💖 full of gratitude. A soul full of love. A life full of blessings. The more I fall in love with myself, the more I fall in love with life. The more gratitude I feel, the more reasons life gives me to be grateful. And the more love I carry within, the more love life reflects back to me 💫 Abundance isn’t just about where we go or what we have… it’s about the love, laughter, friendships, freedom, and joy we experience along the way! When you stop waiting for life to give you a reason to feel blessed and start feeling blessed simply because you exist, everything changes ✨ I AM love. I AM joy. I AM abundance. I AM the creator of my reality 🦋 Life doesn’t happen to me. Life happens through me. And what a beautiful life I’m creating. 🇧🇸 Bahamas, you were pure magic!
