Some moments just hit different… Feeling incredibly grateful to be part of the new NCIS: New York alongside the legendary @llcoolj !! The fact that we shot in NYC, literally ONE BLOCK away from where my acting journey began with @deenalevytheatrestudio 10 years ago…is a crazy full-circle moment.✨ Swipe to the last slide to see the text my acting teacher sent me❤️ Had to share that moment because it really captures what this journey means to me. AND getting to announce the episode on Sway in the Morning was already surreal… but then getting to see it for the very first time LIVE on the show?! Still processing that one!😅 Swipe for that snippet! So much gratitude for the people who believe in me, and the opportunities that keep reminding me why I started in the first place. Much love to my manager @iamlizziefuller at @the.st8rm and my agent @tilmartalent for being in my corner. ❤️🙏🏽 Dream big, stay the course, and trust the journey. You never know when life is about to bring you full circle. #NCIS #LLCoolJ #SwayInTheMorning #actor With the legendary and super humble @llcoolj Seconds before my first scene with LL, pointing a gun to his head🥴😅 Announcing my part LIVE on @swayinthemorning with two other legends @realsway and @thehappyhourwhb 🙌🏻 Me and my goons. Tada theatre where it all started🙏🏻 The beautiful text I got back from my acting teacher @deenalevytheatrestudio 🫶🏻
Your gut will thank you for this one. We all need more fibre in our diets, and one of my favourite ways to get it is through a warm, nourishing breakfast that actually feeds the beneficial bacteria living in our gut. What makes this porridge so good for digestion is the combination of different types of fibre. Rye flakes contain prebiotic fibres that our gut bacteria ferment to produce short-chain fatty acids like butyrate, which help nourish the cells lining our colon and support a healthy gut barrier. Chia seeds absorb liquid and form a gel-like consistency that helps support regular bowel movements, while also slowing digestion and helping maintain steadier blood sugar levels. And then there are the warming spices. Cinnamon contains polyphenols that may support a healthy gut microbiome, while cardamom has traditionally been used to support digestion. I personally don’t tolerate oats very well, even gluten-free ones, so rye flakes have become one of my favourite alternatives. Just remember that rye does contain gluten, so it isn’t suitable for everyone. Collagen is @withinusnatural !! Recipe in the caption 👇🏻

NEW: Tesla has officially unveiled the next-generation Roadster, nearly nine years after its original debut in 2017. Developed in collaboration with SpaceX, the all-electric hypercar takes performance to another level, with Elon Musk targeting a 0–60 mph time of under 1 second using rocket-assisted technology. What do you guys think of the new Tesla Roadater?
