$Your hips can move in every direction, but a lot of mobility routines only train a fraction of that range. Your hips need more than forward folds and hip flexor stretches. They need rotation, extension, abduction and the strength to control those movements. When you only train one direction, you’re leaving other ranges underused. These six drills help you explore different hip movements while building strength and control along the way. Go through them in order, slowly and with intention. Don’t force the range. Work with what you have and gradually build from there. Which hip movement feels most restricted for you: rotation, opening your hips or extending your leg behind you? 👇 Save this roadmap for your next session. Comment RESET and I'll send you my 5-minute desk reset, so long workdays stop leaving you stiff. If you don't get a DM from me after commenting, just message me "RESET" and I'll send it over! #hipmobility #hipflexors #mobilitytraining #deepsquat$

38/52 & 39/52 🐶🚕🍂

Combining two weeks because life has been SO busy lately (in the best way) and I am seriously behind on these dumps 😅

We spent a few days at home in Dallas, squeezed in our family photoshoot and Sutton’s first birthday photoshoot, and I had the honor of helping lead the Dallas Lupus Walk and giving a speech before we headed back to NYC!! 🥹🗽

The girls were absolutely THRIVING. We visited Bluey’s house, spent so much time at the playgrounds, explored the city, and watched the girls make little friends everywhere we went. 🥹💕

And somehow I felt better than I have in such a long time while we were there. We were out doing things every single day and it felt SO good to have that energy again. I seriously never wanted to leave. 😭

We also celebrated Sutton turning ONE while we were there, but saving all of that for the next dump! 🥹🎂🩷
