Thank you lord. We purchased our half a cow a couple month’s ago. We don’t like to right review’s until we can give our honest review and here we are to tell you. The ground beef is addictive I don’t think we can ever go back to store bought.THE ROAST WAS SO TENDER. The beef skirt OH my it was amazing we used the tallow to make the beef skirt it was tender delicious.WE WILL BE BACK-FOR MORE.IT’s funny we say Thomas name so much in our home it’s like he is someone we truly have known for years 😂
