Please tell me I’m not the only one whose husband says this. 😂🍑 But all kidding aside.. One of the biggest mistakes women make when trying to lean out is focusing so much on losing weight that they forget about keeping the muscle they’ve worked so hard to build. And then they wonder why their butt disappeared along with the weight! At 49, I’m not interested in just being skinny. I want to be lean, strong, and KEEP my curves. That’s why I prioritize my strength training, progressive overload, eating enough protein, and not starving myself to lose a few pounds. And it’s exactly why I created my 8-week Booty Builder program. It’s the workouts I did to build my glutes in my mid 40s better than I did in my 20s!! If you want to build your glutes, keep your curves, and stop guessing what actually works…yes! After 40! Comment BOOTY 🍑 and I’ll send you the link to my program!

Spaces and Art Losing Their Soul 💔 Once, architecture and art walked hand in hand-buildings were sculptures, details told stories, and art nourished our soul. Today, minimalist and repetitive structures often leave both spaces and art feeling empty. Without details and creativity, neither buildings nor artworks can inspire or move us. Do you think modern cities and art still have a soul, or has it been lost? 🙇🏻‍♂️ #sarcasm #viral #architecture #modern #ancient
