No, the laundry didn’t get folded before I filmed this. But it genuinely did not matter. 👇 This 10-minute lymphatic drainage flow is all standing, so a messy floor, a pile of laundry, a kid's toy in the wrong spot, none of it gets in the way. If you've been feeling puffy, sluggish, or just a little off lately, this is a gentle way to support circulation and get your body moving without a single burpee. No equipment needed. Just you, 10 minutes, and permission to skip the tidy-up first. Want this 10-Minute Lymphatic Drainage Workout? Nigeria Has Done A Lot Of D@mage To The Igbo People —Prophet Odumeje Blames Federal Government, Decries Lack Of Infrastructure In South East Compared To Other Regions Prophet Chukwuemeka Ohanaemere, popularly known as Odumeje, has accused the Nigerian government of doing damage to the Igbo people while questioning the lack of major infrastructure in the South East compared to other regions. The cleric expressed concern over the distribution of key infrastructure across the country, citing international airports, embassies and seaports as examples of projects he believes have benefited other regions more than the South East. “Business people is Igbo people. Nigeria has done a lot of d@mages to Igbo people,” Odumeje said. He also questioned why the federal government was reportedly planning a seaport in Ogun State, arguing that the Igbo people are known for their business activities. “Seaport was signed for Lagos. The seaport signed by federal government. Even I think there’s a new one that the new government to sign now. Ogun State. Why are they signing it in Ogun State? Ogun State, are they business people?” he asked. Odumeje further called on the older generation to consider what they would leave behind for their children, stressing the need to speak up for their rights. “We are fathers. We are no more boys, and we can’t live here forever, and our children will question us: What have we done for their rights?” he said. He also argued that while other parts of the country have international airports and embassies, the South East lacks comparable facilities, raising questions about the region’s access to major infrastructure projects.
