What if the first sign of a cold is your opportunity to support your immune system? Black elderberry has been used for centuries, and its natural compounds are gaining attention for their potential immune-supporting benefits. Rich in antioxidants called anthocyanins, black elderberry may help support a healthy inflammatory response. Some studies also suggest it may help reduce the duration and severity of certain respiratory symptoms, although more research is needed. The key is understanding how to support your immune system before you start feeling run down. Want to learn more about how to support your body's natural defenses?
