The thorn treehopper ✨Umbonia crassicornis✨ is more than just a fascinating insect, it’s a devoted mother. After laying her eggs, she remains on guard, fiercely defending them and the newly hatched nymphs from predators. A great example of parental care in the tiny world around us. 💚
