Today our littlest girl, Ellis Elaine, was baptized. 🤍
In early June, Ellis came to Kurt and me and told us she was ready to accept Jesus into her heart. She wept as she kept saying, “I can’t believe all that Jesus has done for me.”
And she’s right. Neither can I.
At just 7 years old, I can confidently say this sweet girl teaches me about Jesus every. single. day. Her boldness in sharing the Gospel, her compassion for others, and the way she loves people so freely is something to be admired.
We are so incredibly blessed to have been surrounded today by our closest of friends and family who love Jesus and faithfully help teach our girls to love Him and love others.
Pastor Darren baptized Ellis today. Fourteen years ago, he baptized me.
What a beautiful full-circle moment.
As I watched her up there, all I could think about were the fourteen years between my baptism and today - and the same words she whispered through tears the night she accepted Him:
“I can’t believe all that Jesus has done for me.”

She was SO proud to raise her hand at VBS so others could see that she’d asked Jesus into her heart! The sweetest sight!

Palmer was so proud and Inspired to see her up there (she recognized her from the stables)! She talks to Palmer and makes her feel welcomed everytime she shows up for her private lesson!
