I miss my stage physique, but I don’t miss how I felt getting there. Some days I feel strong. Other days I struggle with what I see in the mirror. Just because I’m eating more doesn’t mean the mental hunger disappears overnight. The hardest part isn’t gaining weight. It’s accepting that I need to. I spent months chasing a certain look. Now I’m learning to let it go. A softer body doesn’t mean a weaker mindset. My worth was never defined by how lean I could get.
