Happy Sunday my people.

Today’s word: 2 king 25: 1-30 Psalms 137:1-4;

Waiting doesn’t mean that God is absent.
Calamity doesn’t mean that God is not in control.
Silence doesn’t mean God is not working on your behalf.

Even when God feels distant; God is still working.

Missing Nigerian TikToker, Sarah Lizzy, reportedly Found d+ad days after visiting a man she met online

The body of a lady identified as Sarah Lizzy, reportedly known as a TikTok user, has allegedly been found days after she was reported missing.

According to claims circulating on social media, Sarah Lizzy reportedly went to meet a male friend she had met online before she went missing.

The circumstances surrounding her reported d+ath remain unclear, as details about how she disappeared and how her body was discovered have yet to emerge.

The claims have not been independently verified, and further information about the incident is still awaited.

Will Fisher was obsessed with English country houses from the age of seven.

Growing up in southeast London, the son of two teachers from working-class backgrounds, he would persuade his parents to take him on country house visits, dreaming of recreating their beauty in his own home.

Today, Will is one of London’s most respected antiques dealers. Alongside his wife, Charlotte Freemantle, he owns Jamb, which is known for its refined fireplaces, lighting and furniture. We recorded this podcast in the drawing room of their remarkable Georgian house in Camberwell, which is a treasure trove of objects amassed over a lifetime.

Will tells me about his lifelong pursuit of beauty, his experiences of dyslexia and feeling like an outsider, and how he’s created an environment that helps him feel at home in himself.

He’s a wonderfully irreverent character, and I found our conversation both hilarious and profoundly moving. I hope you enjoy it.

Thank you, Will 💚
