I’d prefer consistent coffee. I’ve stopped going because I never know if my dark roast will be delicious or disgusting. Hate wasting $4 on bad coffee

lol never gotten free and I don’t mind paying if you get your baristas downtown DC to be a little nice and professional instead of acting like someone is forcing them to work for pay. They literally ignore me and act irritated if I ask a question especially when I arrive and my ordered item is ‘out of stock’ and I’m wondering why I was able to order on the app
