From 25 to 52!🎂You never think you'll be 50, let alone 52. This year was a different sort of birthday because my most favorite human being was not with me and family is thin nowadays, so I didn't have a desire for a big party and crowds. Really, I wanted to stay under the covers and let the day simply go by. However, my sweet friend, Stephanie and her daughters had a different plan. Drove 8 hours from our home town and surprised me for my birthday! Spent an entire week with me and I'm so grateful. So grateful. My soul needed it. 💓 And sweet Jess who lives 2 hours away broke away from her babies and made a trip to join us as well. Small, however, full of All sorts of Adventures! From here, idk. I used to. But I don't. All I know at 52 so far...is Nothing. One step at a time, show up, and keep the faith. Grateful for my Ride or Dies. And thank you to everyone who wished me a Happy Birthday, here and privately! Thank you! 💓
