“This one setting could change your life...”

Neuroscientist @drsaharyousef explains how one simple change to your phone could help you spend less time mindlessly scrolling and more time doing the things that matter to you.

She recommends switching your phone to grayscale mode, removing the bright colours that make apps more visually stimulating. She explains how these platforms are designed to capture your attention, often at the expense of your time.

In a study she conducted, changing this one setting helped participants reduce their daily phone use by an hour.

Imagine what you could do with an extra hour every day. What goal could you finally make time for?

At the Gram Prahari Felicitation Ceremony in Bareilly, I highlighted the important role Gram Praharis play in strengthening rural policing.

Gram Praharis are a vital link of trust and information between the police and rural communities. In today’s digital environment, the effective use of social media and WhatsApp, alertness to misleading information, and timely reporting of suspicious activity can further strengthen village security.

Uttar Pradesh Police is committed to working in close coordination with Gram Praharis to help prevent crime, enhance public safety and build trust between the police and the community.

ACTUAL TRINNY WOODALL confiscated my phone 🤣🤣🤣

Apparently my bedtime routine has got so bad, it’s required an intervention… and not just any intervention! 👀

I was lucky enough to spend a restorative overnight stay with @trinnylondon at the incredible @sixsenseslondon, learning all about the importance of sleep, from sound healing and personalised sleep oils to some fascinating advice from sleep and wellness experts. @drtaraswart @theguthealthdoctor and @drjulie 💤

And yes, that really is @trinnywoodall confiscating my phone, treating me to her Take Back Time hand treatment and tucking me into bed! 😂❤️

Take Back Time is @trinnylondon hand treatment, designed to give your hands some much-needed TLC as part of your self-care routine.

Unfortunately, Trinny wasn’t available to come home with me and enforce bedtime, so I’m going to have to work on that one myself. 🙄

Please tell me I’m not the only one who’s their own worst enemy when it comes to getting enough sleep?!

Love Haylea xxx
