And here we have it, a full 4 standard catalog set of Bond watches at one time. So how do we feel about that? Here are some reactions I have had so far, but more to come… 1) of all four only the NTTD was used in a movie. That still means something to me a little bit. 2) even with that, the 60th Anniversary is my favorite and the caseback animation is a big reason why 3) the new Bond Hero example really doesn’t make sense to me for a few reasons. First, it’s way too similar to the 60th but missing some of the coolest features of the 60th. Second, the bezel (aka Nekton bezel) just isn’t attractive to me personally. 4) the Spectre is a winner though. Really cool piece and the Spectre logo actually on the rotor so it moves is a fantastic touch. 5) in pictures the dial on the Spectre shows a lot of texture. Sadly in person it’s not as noticeable. This is my only disappointment of that watch. The texture would be so cool if more prominent. Ok so that’s where I’m at right now. I’m out on the Hero example. Big miss. I’m totally in on the Spectre. And I’m still madly in love with the NTTD and 60th both. And I’m now starting to plead with Omega to use a different line than the Seamaster 300m for any future Bonds… What do you think? #bond #jamesbond #omega #omegaholics #omegaseamaster
