If I had a dollar for every time someone questioned my transformation, ya girl could retire 😂💸 There are a lot of new faces here, so let’s rewind a little… 👀 I’ve documented this journey from the very beginning, PLEASE SCROLL BACK AND YOU’LL SEE!!! On November 29th 2023, I had gastric sleeve surgery something I have ALWAYS been open about. Since then? No reta, no weightloss injections, no peptides, no steroids. Just hard fucking work!! I’ve been transparent about what I HAVE done and I’m just as clear about what I haven’t!! ❤️‍🔥 I lost 50kg without a coach and in January 2025, I decided to chase a dream of mine.. competing in a bodybuilding show!!! & now I AM 71kg DOWN!!!! 🥹✨ Since then I’ve shown up for every training session, tracked my food and put in the work day after fucking day!!! Through the hard days, the doubt and all the moments nobody sees. The before’s in this video? She was putting in the work too. She just hadn’t seen where it would take her yet!! 🥹💕 So before you make assumptions from a few seconds of an “after”, there are three years of my journey here for you to see. The training, the food, the highs AND the lows. I’ve shared it all. This didn’t happen overnight. I have worked my fucking ass off for three years to become the woman you see today and I’m proud of every part of how I got here!! ❤️‍🔥

Heyaa!!!!!! Wearing : @parsha_westernwear
I know everyone telling me to slow down means well, and I know my health comes first. But being self-employed and dealing with an injury is honestly so stressful. Medical bills keep adding up, I’m missing out on work, and unfortunately the bills don’t stop just because I need a break.. Not complaining, just wanted to share that it is not always as simple and easy as it sounds..
The Swap Tour Ep: 4 🏡 I used to LOVE using the snuggle dryer sheets for my laundry (and I will still sniff it in target sometimes for pure nostalgia 😛) But after learning about all the chemicals and fragrances it releases onto clothing (which then sits on your body all day, while it touches your skin and you’re breathing it in) I reluctantly tried to find another swap. I’m not going to tell you that these dryer balls are exactly the same (they’re not) but I do add in some drops of essential oil for that smell that I miss! Overall it’s a worth it swap since it’s really sitting on your body all day. Comment “SWAP” for the links and follow along for more simple swaps you can make to create a healthier home 🏠 #wooldryerballs #nontoxichomeswaps #nontoxiclaundry #lowtoxliving
