Who says getting dressed needs a reason? #CatrionaGray, #AnnaJobling, #ThaoNhiLe, and #AimeeChengBradshaw get behind the wheel in Elie Saab x H&M, where sequins, sculptural silhouettes, and high-shine glamour make a case for dressing up on your own terms. “Modern glamour is not about being decked out head to toe in diamonds,” says Anna. “It can be as simple as wearing your favorite earrings to the grocery.” For Aimee, it’s about creative freedom: “When I do get a chance to get glammed up, it’s a way for me to use my creativity. It makes me feel like a different person.” Four women, four perspectives, and one vintage Mustang. Because the bestdressed moments happen when you make the rules yourself. The ELIE SAAB H&M collection will launch in select stores (H&M Avenue K in Malaysia, H&M Ayala Greenbelt in the Philippines, H&M Orchard Building in Singapore and H&M Vincom Dong Khoi in Vietnam) and online at hm.com on 22 October 2026. Dairy cows are farmed against their will, and it is arguable that they suffer among the worst of any animal used for food. They are forcibly impregnated each year via artificial insemination. Each time they give birth, they have their calves taken from them so that humans can drink their milk. Mother cows have been known to cry out and bellow in apparent distress for days after they’re gone. Dairy cows will also end up in the slaughterhouse when their milk production is no longer profitable for the farmer. Full-fat dairy products are a source of saturated fat. Experts such as the American Heart Association (AHA) and the NHS in the UK recommend that people reduce sources of saturated fat to avoid heart disease. Dairy products that are high in saturated fats include cheese, cream, ice cream, sour cream, butter, and ghee. Casein is the main protein (80 percent) in cow’s milk. When humans digest casein, it releases casomorphins, which are opioid peptides. Our bodies contain opioid receptors that bind to casomorphins and exert opioid-like effects on the nervous and gastrointestinal systems. A 2021 review suggests that casomorphins in dairy are linked to type 1 diabetes, heart disease, sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS), decreased cognitive processing, gut conditions, and autoimmune diseases. The authors suggest there is a complex interaction between casomorphins, the microbiome, and someone’s genes that determine their diverse effects. Some research suggests a strong link between dairy consumption and breast cancer. For example, a 2020 observational study of 52,795 females who consumed both dairy and soy products found an increased risk of breast cancer with dairy but no association with soy. The strongest rise in risk was associated with consuming only up to two-thirds of an eight-ounce cup of milk.

There’s a lot more to a water ioniser than simply drinking water! The voiceover is by Robert G. Wright talking about the other uses of ionised water. A lot of new people see this as just an expensive filter, but it’s so much more than just that. Ionising the water has a unique feature, in that it’s not tied to just one use: 💧 Hydrogen-rich drinking water ✨ Beauty Water for body/skin toner and conditioner 🧹 Cleaning applications as the 2.5pH strong acidic water is Hypochlorous acid. Non toxic but as powerful as using bleach And so many more other uses! Then there are the personal experiences people share after incorporating the water into their routines. Some people talk about changes in how they feel, their energy, skin or general wellbeing. Those are personal experiences, not medical claims or guarantees and everyone’s experience is different. I’ve had my K8 since 2022, and the more I’ve learned about filtration, electrolysis and molecular hydrogen, the more interesting the technology has become. The K8 is €4,600. I’m aware it’s a lot of money, but I see this is an long term investment, better quality water, improve my health, no bottled water, reduced chemical cleaners and less plastic waste for the planet. How to buy? You can get it through my website, link in bio, select your country to display the correct currency. If it asks you inquire instead of purchase, then message me directly for the next steps Comment “K8” if you want to watch a 10 minute introduction to what else this ioniser can do. I’ll send you a private message with the link right away. #hydrogenwater #kangenwater #kangen #enagic #ionizedwater
Lights off vs lights on! 💡🖤 German engineering at its finest with these watches from @hanhart_watches 👌🏼I’ve spent a considerable amount of time with Hanhart watches this year, and honestly, when it comes to value for money, I don’t think they get much better. The quality is exceptional, the build feels rock solid, and as someone who loves a proper tool watch, these tick all the right boxes. Built to handle whatever adventure comes their way, each has its own character. But the big question is… which one is my favourite out of the three? 🤔 I have to say, I’m torn between the chronograph and diver! Which one would you choose? Let me know in the comments 👇 . . . . . #hanhartwatches #hanhart #germanwatch #watchlume #toolwatches
