One of my core beliefs is that no matter what happens, I will be okay.

This isn’t something I was born with. It’s something I’ve cultivated through learning how to have my own back and trust myself, even when it made no logical sense to.

I know what it’s like to witness feminine disempowerment to a degree that can become life-threatening. Because of this, the relationship women have with power has become central to my work. But in many ways, this extends beyond gender. It speaks to something fundamentally human.

Working with power doesn’t mean asserting power over another. It means holding your own power so firmly that you never have to.

I’d genuinely love to hear about your own relationship with power. I don’t think we speak enough about what it actually means to embody this palpable, heart-centred life force and actively translate it into everyday life.
