The first time I had Lanzhou beef noodles was in Shanghai, and I still remember how delicious they were! They’re famous for their freshly hand-pulled noodles and fragrant clear beef broth 🤤 I’ve been thinking about that bowl of noodle ever since…which probably says a lot about me 😂…I tend to think a lot about the foods I ate haha!! And so I was excited when I stumbled upon @imran_beef_noodle on Robson Street in Vancouver when they first opened.

I ordered their signature Lanzhou beef noodle for just $14.99, and I was seriously blown away by how fresh and flavorful everything was 😋!! The portion was really generous, and the noodles had that perfect chewy texture that I always look for. It was easily one of the best bowls of noodles I’ve had in Vancouver.
