Congratulations to my friend, my mentor, my brother, and my chapter brother, Lyndell Senior, on receiving the Presidential Award.
Del embodies what servant leadership looks like. Kind, humble, and always asking, "What more can I do?" and "How can I be of service?" He never seeks the spotlight. He simply shows up, does the work, and pours into others.
This year, he continued to bridge the gap through service to our Fellowship and our communities. Whether he's volunteering his talents as a DJ for our events without asking for a dime or mentoring younger brothers to step into leadership roles, Del leads by example and reminds us what true brotherhood is all about.
