Looking for a quick and delicious way to use up your fresh fall apples? This APPLE CINNAMON CHIA SEED TOPPING is so good! Adding chia seeds gives this cozy topping a nutritional boost of fiber and protein, making it as fueling as it is flavorful. It is perfect for meal-prepping a jar ahead for the week. Scoop it over your morning yogurt, warm oatmeal, overnight oats, or crispy toast. I added some on top of my vanilla Greek yogurt with a handful of peanut butter protein granola, which tasted like apple pie for breakfast 🍎 🍎 3 heaping cups apples, peeled and diced 1/2 cup water 2 tbsp chia seeds 2 tbsp maple syrup (more or less based on sweetness of apples) 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Combine the diced apples and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Simmer for about 20 minutes until the apples are nice and soft. Mash the fruit with a fork or potato masher to the desired consistency (Leave plenty of apple pieces intact if you prefer a chunkier texture). Stir in the chia seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until fully incorporated. Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool for 10 minutes. Transfer the mixture to a 16-ounce mason jar, allow it to cool completely, then seal it and store it in the fridge. Consume within two weeks, or freeze the extra for later. #applejam #chiaseeds #healthybreakfast #fallbreakfast #yogurtbowl
AD - 👢 HELP ME CHOOSE… WHICH BOOTS WOULD YOU KEEP?! 😍 Honestly, I absolutely LOVE both of these pairs from M&S, but I’m only keeping one! 😱 So I need your help… which would YOU choose? @marksandspencer I always think suede looks so much more expensive, doesn’t it? 🤎 It’s one of those textures that instantly elevates an outfit and makes even the simplest look feel that little bit more luxurious. ✨ My top tip: ALWAYS use a suede protector! It’s so easy to do and helps keep your boots looking gorgeous for longer. Now, come on… TEAM PAIR 1 or TEAM PAIR 2? 👢👇 💌 Comment LINK and I’ll DM you the details of both pairs. India is projected to remain the world’s fastest-growing major economy in 2026, with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) raising its growth forecast to 7% in its latest World Economic Outlook released on October 13. The revised forecast marks a 0.6 percentage-point increase from the IMF’s July estimate of 6.4% for the 2026–27 financial year. The upgrade reflects stronger-than-expected economic momentum, supported by robust domestic demand and a resilient services sector. India’s growth is also projected at 7% in 2027–28. India’s projected growth is significantly higher than that of other major economies. China is expected to grow by 4.5% in 2026, while the United States is forecast to expand by 2.3%. Among European economies, Spain is projected to grow by 2.5%, while Germany and the United Kingdom are both expected to record 1.3% growth. Japan’s economy is forecast to expand by just 0.7%. The IMF has projected global economic growth of 3.1% in 2026, slightly higher than its previous estimate of 3%. However, it has warned that the global economy faces significant risks from geopolitical conflicts, elevated energy prices, rising public debt and uncertainty surrounding the profitability of investments in artificial intelligence. Higher crude oil prices are a particular concern for India, which relies heavily on imported oil. A prolonged rise in energy costs could put pressure on inflation, the trade balance and household spending. Despite these risks, the IMF’s upward revision signals confidence in India’s near-term economic momentum, even as growth remains uneven across the world.
