Ohhh and These teachings don’t just fall out of the sky. Rachelle Nostradamus Jenkens consciously draws them out of the universe, one of her superpowers.

And I help you trust and take those steps to truly integrate these teachings into your life.

I was having dinner with my girlfriends the other night. This involved a dress situation in which we brought 20 formal dresses and took turns trying them on because we have an upcoming thing and none of us are capable of making an independent decision. It was like Mom Prom with no shapewear and bad bras. A handful of zippers were fighting for their lives, but we all ended up with a winning dress because half of us chose someone else’s purchase. (I am returning the dress I bought and Venmo’d Lyndi today for hers lol.)

Anyway, I don’t remember the lead-in because as you know, a girls-night-in involves 84 unrelated conversations where somehow not one drops to the ground, but at some point, Jenny asked: “What do you want your retirement to look like?”

As a self-identified big dreamer, I love these kinds of prompts. Because my life shredded at the seams and came back together differently twice already, I no longer have a stationary vision for my future. Or for yours, frankly. I just know that we can imagine new configurations and make them happen. I’ve seen it and lived it, so I no longer add caveats to big ideas. We are not stuck in the gears of inevitability.

My girlfriends sort of glazed over, but my little engine that could fired right up. I love identifying what makes me happy, what brings me to life, places and rhythms and the type of energy that brings everything into technicolor. Maybe because I outsourced those decisions for so long? Don’t get me wrong, I love the places we’ve lived, but every move we ever made in 26 years was for my ex-husband’s job. None of them were conscious choices as much as opportunity (for him).

So the whole exercise of “how would you build retirement?” is a delightful blank check.

✨💛Leave a heart or any comment and I’ll send you the questions I asked myself, and maybe you can ask them too and see what you come up with. You can also get the link at my link in bio.

Vandaag is weer zo een dag 😀 #sranannonsens

According to a release from the Israel Defense Force (IDF), the IDF conducted an operation that ended in the elimination of Shadi Abu Hasira, a key Hamas military wing financier, who aided in the transfer of millions of Shekels-worth of funds to Hamas’ military wing.
