Do you like banana smoothies? My special recipe 🫠

Sometimes, the tightest knots aren’t tied around our hands.
They’re tied by the thoughts we keep believing.

We call it caution. We call it self-protection.
We convince ourselves we’re being careful, when sometimes, we’re simply afraid.

Afraid of rejection.
Afraid of failure.
Afraid of being alone.
Afraid of taking the leap.

But what if, instead of letting fear make the decision, we paused and asked ourselves —
“What if I’m wrong about what I’m afraid of?”

Maybe freedom doesn’t always mean breaking the rope.
Maybe it begins with recognising who tied it in the first place.

Be curious about your fear.
Question it. Understand it. And then decide whether it still deserves to hold you back.

P.S. — Life is lived best when we choose to embrace love a little more than fear. ☺️❤️

This week I’ve felt not only fuc*ing angry, but genuine despair, and I’m exhausted by being called a man hater for wanting women to feel safe.

As someone who has been rped, and who wants to dismantle rpe culture, I’m tired of being told to worry about men’s hurt feelings while we’re talking about women being harmed.

How many men have to harm us before “not all men” stops being the response, and how much worse does it have to get before our fear matters more than your defensiveness?

Women modify their behaviour every single day, thinking twice about running after dark, worrying about walking home from work or nursery, planning routes, sharing locations, and we’re called man haters for spelling out our realities.

I’m bored of “banter”, football chants targeting players’ mums and wives, and people refusing to connect the dots between casual sexism and more extreme male violence, because a culture that treats women as less than doesn’t exist separately from the men who harm us.

Americans re-elected Trump after he was found liable for sexual abuse, James Cleverly joked about spiking his wife with a date r*pe drug, Andrew Tate built an audience of millions, and somehow we’re still talking about a few bad apples.

I’m tired of the rise of the manosphere, of caveating everything with “not all men”, of having to demand answers and accountability over Epstein.

I love men and their potential, and I want boys to be emotional, to ask for help, to grow up without being taught that anything “like a girl” is less than, because patriarchy harms them too.

My son is half my heart, and already I’m fighting those messages, because I want better for him and the women he’ll grow up alongside.

We praise “good men” for not harming us, but being good has to mean challenging your mates, refusing to laugh along and acting when a woman is in danger.

I see women outraged, but where’s the male outrage? You shouldn’t need a daughter to care, yet you all fuc*ing care when you have one, and want to lock her away to keep her safe.

How about locking up the men who harm women instead of restricting our daughters’ lives, and being outrag

Our ride is here 😎

Which one of these is your favorite?! 🎢
