34 DAYS until I step onto a bikini fitness competition stage 🍑🙈 and I still have around 18kg I’d ultimately like to lose. I started this 165 days out, 30kg overweight. I’m a mum of two. And for YEARS I’ve said: “I’m going to lose the weight.” These shorts? I used to wear them travelling with just a little bikini top. AND I STILL DIDN’T THINK I LOOKED GOOD ENOUGH. What an idiot 😂😭 Fast forward to motherhood and when I started this challenge, I couldn’t even get the bloody things over my bum. And now? WE’RE GETTING SOMEWHERE 👀🍑 can’t breath in them yet but im in. I’ve lost weight before. I’ve done the diets. Forced myself to do cardio. Lost the weight. Put it back on. So this time I wanted to do something different. Instead of just changing my body, I wanted to change how I actually LIVE. The walking. The protein. The whole foods. The strength training. And keep doing it until it becomes normal. Because something rather ridiculous happened today. I WAS HAVING FUN IN THE GYM 😂 The music was banging. I was feeling my little biceps. Actually ENJOYING my workout. WHO EVEN AM I?! The woman who used to sit on the sofa eating crap and dreading exercise is now having a little party between sets 😂💪🏻 And THAT is the kind of progress I’m most excited about. Don’t get me wrong. I’ve still got a LOT of fat I’d like to lose. And in 34 days I have to get on a stage IN A BIKINI. Absolutely terrifying 😭 But I’m starting to become someone who actually enjoys doing the things that will get me there. And hopefully keep me there. 34 days left. Am I going to be bikini stage ready? I genuinely don’t bloody know. But we’re going to find out 😂🍑 #BikiniFitness #WeightLossJourney #BodyRecomposition #StrengthTrainingForWomen #TransformationJourney

Giadzy Gluten-Free Stelline in a savory pumpkin sauce with crispy pancetta, Pecorino, Parmigiano, some crispy fried sage, and absolutely no pumpkin spice in sight. Comment “Recipe” to find our Gluten-Free Stelline, save $2 on a box in-store, and discover this Member-Exclusive recipe.
to me, my X-men first Halloween costume of the year goes to my boy Cyclops 🦸🏻‍♂️
🥹 After more than 13 years, the GTA V era is finally approaching its handoff to GTA VI. ⠀ Rockstar originally released Grand Theft Auto V on September 17, 2013, and it went on to become one of the best-selling games ever made. ⠀ For an entire generation, Los Santos became the backdrop for story missions, online chaos, car builds, races, heists, and countless memories. ⠀ GTA Online helped keep that world alive far beyond what anyone could have expected when the game first launched. ⠀ Now GTA VI is officially scheduled for November 19, 2026, bringing the series back to Vice City and the wider state of Leonida. ⠀ GTA V is not disappearing, but for longtime players, this really does feel like the end of an era. ⠀ What is your favorite memory from more than a decade of GTA V? ⠀ What are your thoughts? 🤔💭 ⠀ FOLLOW ➡️ @hypewhip for more nostalgic automotive gaming moments! 🤝🏎️ ⠀ ( Media: @laflemmeici / @chill.film ) ⠀ #gtav #gta6 #grandtheftauto #gaming #cars
It started today, so comment SPARK to join our 30-Day “Best of Us” Couples Challenge… designed to reignite the emotional and physical intimacy in your marriage! ❤️ If you plan to be married for a long time, you have to be intentional about combating complacency and taking each other for granted. And that shows up in the little things. How you greet each other (like we show in this video), the tone you use when speaking to each other, the affection you give, the conversations you initiate, and the effort you put into making each other feel special. Feeling loved and connected doesn’t just happen because you’re physically around each other or committed to the relationship. It’s created through your daily actions, attitudes, and the way you continue to show up for each other. So take this to heart. Don’t let the years together become an excuse to stop doing the very things that made you fall in love in the first place. Keep pursuing each other. Keep being intentional. Keep bringing out the best in each other. ❤️ And again, comment SPARK to join our special edition “Best of Us” Challenge! 💫 We only open this challenge 3 times a year, and nearly 60,000 couples have participated in our challenges. Just read the testimonials and you’ll see why couples love them so much!
