Thought I’d tried every protein source out there until I met egg white protein. 👀 Exploring a lighter, dairy-free way to hit my daily numbers with Tata 1mg Egg White Protein (24g protein per scoop = 7 egg whites, minus all the peeling!). 🥚💪🏻 Have you ever tried egg protein

14 months postpartum and one exercise I STILL swear by!😤

Stomach vacuums have been part of my core routine for over 10 years, and they were one of the exercises I incorporated into my postpartum recovery. They target your transverse abdominis (TVA), the deepest layer of your abdominal muscles, which acts like your body’s natural corset.

Now, let’s be clear! Stomach vacuums alone didn’t get my stomach looking like this. Nutrition, consistent strength training, time, and recovery all played a role. They all work hand in hand.

But when it comes to reconnecting with my deep core after having a baby? They’ve been a staple!🙌🏾🔥

Give it a try!💪🏾

1985 age 24 😂👍🏼👍🏼

A friend sent me a link to this show which I made with lovely Roger Greenwood at Yorkshire TV in Leeds and it was a local show for “young people” all about music and dance. Omg you can see where Victoria Wood got some ideas for her scripts !!! Knackers!!! A more innocent time

We made Countdown up in YTV from the first show on @channel4 in 1982 to 2008, nearly 5,000 beloved shows across 26 years. And I’m so proud and privileged to have worked on them with our Richard Whiteley.

YTV was a total privilege to work in, it had such a strong soul and the bar was always full of stars and crew (TV was from the working class back then so everyone knew everyone)

YTV was like a sister TV station to the mighty Granada across the Pennines in Manchester so I used to work there too , on the first series of This Morning and all that from Liverpool.

YTV trained me up as a TV researcher Inc on Arthur C Clarke’s show and then as a producer (while appearing on Countdown) on local and education and computer shows!

10 years after this I had my own TV production company with about 30+ staff making education shows for @channel4 and times tables and GCSE and national curriculum VHS videos which were sold in Woolworths and WH Smith!!! As well as being a presenter elsewhere

Heady days and happy days and I count my blessings that YTV was my TV home for so long ❤️❤️❤️

Ok now the hair!!! So trendy back then 😂😂😂

It's today ❤️‍🩹

Christopher Robin (2018) brings the beloved world of Winnie the Pooh into a warm live action story about growing up and finding your way back to the things you once loved. Directed by Marc Forster, the film follows an adult Christopher Robin, played by Ewan McGregor, who has become consumed by work and slowly lost the imagination that defined his childhood. His life begins to change when Winnie the Pooh unexpectedly returns, leading him back to the Hundred Acre Wood and the friends he left behind. Filled with nostalgia and quiet emotional moments, the film is a gentle reminder that growing older doesn’t have to mean leaving every part of childhood behind.
