Have you packed yours away yet?

Thursday’s Paris

I used to lose the first hour of every day to my inbox.

Now Claude does the boring bit before I’ve even found my coffee. Here’s the setup:

1. In Claude, go to Settings, then Connectors. Connect your email, calendar and to-do list. I use Trello.

2. Paste the prompt below into a new chat.

3. Check the email drafts it makes. Tell Claude what’s off until they sound like you.

4. Type: “Schedule this for 8am every weekday.”

The prompt:

>> Every morning, read my inbox from the last 24 hours. Check my sent items and skip anything I’ve already answered. Ignore newsletters and anything automated. For everything else, save a draft reply that sounds like my sent emails. Check my calendar before agreeing to a date. Never send anything. Then tell me in three lines what needs me. <<

One of my worst email habits was replying to them in my head and then never actually sending them. Does anyone else do this? 😂 Please tell me it’s not just me.

Anyways now Claude sorts it all and they’re sitting there written. I just have to make any tweaks and press send.

That’s one of my AI employees. I’ve got 17.

Want to see how they all work?
