I spent the most incredible weekend in Memorial Stadium with the best people ever! ❀️❀️ Every time I am here, it feels like home, and that’s because of the people who make it that way! I am so thankful and blessed to have spent this weekend at an insane game with @huskerscarlets as a recruit! I can’t thank @emilyvaggalis, @coacherynnb , @abbyjo_oliverspice, @sarah.h.elizabeth & everyone on the coaching staff and team enough for making me feel so special, taken care of, and welcomed throughout the entire weekend!! The team culture, spirit, and athleticism is so inspiring, and I enjoyed every second spent experiencing it. I love you guys so much! The @huskerscarlets are the sweetest girls and are the most talented and hardworking individuals who are so inspirational. I am OBSESSED πŸ™ŒπŸ™Œ HUGE thank you to both of my amazing parents who have always made sacrifices to support my dreams and make these opportunities possible. None of this truly would have been possible without either of them! πŸ₯ΉπŸ₯Ή @_shannon_mckoy @mrmckoy5 Lastly, much love to @abchoreo , @az.acesworldsteam & @danzteamproject for being the best support system and mentors! Thank you for believing in me and providing the skills and space to push me to be my absolute best every day! πŸ™πŸ™
A lesson learned through hardship but was worth the refining It put my faith through. ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭5‬:‭11‬-‭12‬ ‭NLT‬‬ β€œβ€œGod blesses you when people mock you and persecute you and lie about you and say all sorts of evil things against you because you are my followers. Be happy about it! Be very glad! For a great reward awaits you in heaven. And remember, the ancient prophets were persecuted in the same way.”
Storybook villages, countryside walks, hot and cozy fires, beautiful food, and T in shoes four sizes too big. Wholesome at its finest…
πŸ’¬ Comment β€œbreakfast” and I’ll send you my ultimate breakfast recipe list. Plenty of free ideas to help you find a new favourite! This banana chia pudding takes just 5 minutes to prep and gives you around 29g of protein and 10g of fibre πŸ™Œ Make it the night before and that’s one less thing to think about in the morning. It’s creamy and filling, with protein from Greek yoghurt, fibre and healthy fats from chia seeds, and live cultures from kefir. If you’re unsure about the miso, it gives the banana a lovely sweet, salty, caramel-like flavour. One of you even said it reminded you of banoffee pie. Just read the app comments! Miso banana chia pudding Ingredients (makes 1) 15g chia seeds 50ml kefir (dairy) 50ml milk of choice 1 tsp maple syrup 200g Greek yoghurt 1 banana Β½ tbsp white miso paste 1 tsp raw cacao powder, for dusting
