From Stefano Domenicali, our President and CEO, to Kimi Antonelli, our new World Champion... ❤️

"Today, Kimi Antonelli has made history. Becoming the youngest Formula 1 World Champion is an extraordinary achievement, earned through exceptional talent, courage and determination. It fills me with immense pride to see Kimi become the first Italian Formula 1 World Champion since Alberto Ascari in 1953. For 73 years, our country has waited for this moment, and today an entire nation will celebrate one of its own reaching the very pinnacle of our sport.

"Greatness is measured not only by records, but by the generations it inspires. Kimi has captured the imagination of millions of fans around the world and shown young people everywhere that there are no limits to what can be achieved through dedication, belief and hard work. Across the world, young boys and girls watching today will see in Kimi someone who proves that the biggest dreams can become reality.

"Today, his name joins the legends of our sport. A new chapter in Formula 1 history has been written, and I firmly believe this is only the beginning of an extraordinary legacy.

"Congratulations to Kimi, Mercedes and his family on this incredible achievement. The entire Formula 1 community is proud to celebrate this special moment with them."

Normal people don’t give a shit about pronouns

I’m now ready to share that this past August I was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma. Today, I found out that the treatments are working and I am on track to remission!!!!

These past couple months have been so tough but hearing the news today brought so much joy. I still have some treatments left, but I am very hopeful for what’s ahead.

I never would have thought I would be spending my senior year this way, but I do believe everything happens for a reason and this is Gods way of making me a stronger, better person.

I’m so grateful for how well I’ve responded to everything and for the outcome I am expecting. The love and support I’ve received has made this journey 1000000x better. I truly am SO loved. These pictures are just a snapshot of how blessed I am. I can’t wait to share another update when I’m done with treatment and back to my normal life. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
