We’ve been pretty quiet this week in the wake of everything. Truth is, we’ve just been trying to process. It’s never easy, but this one’s been especially hard.
Brent… Pookie… THE Texas Slasher… Our friend… Everyone’s friend.
One of the real OGs. One of the raddest dudes and kindest souls you could ever meet. He loved life, he loved his friends and family, and he loved skateboarding more than anyone. Always tinkering with his toys, changing wheels, sorting stickers, adding to the quiver, and talking skateboarding with anyone who’d listen.
Forever grateful for his friendship, relentless spirit, for every session, every laugh, every grind, and every memory we shared.

Was a nice turnout at @lizard_diy on Sat from early crew cleaning and skating, mid day crew during heavy rains followed by OGs and Family. 50-60 overall was nice considering. Will look forward to a larger memorial soon as well. Wonderful post . RIP Brent

He’ll be missed big time. Such a good soul. Was always so kind and cool to me. I never heard him talk shit on anyone ever we just skated and had a good time doing it.
