Ironman 70.3 Ruidoso in the books! I’m extremely grateful to be given the opportunity and life that I have been. This is by far the hardest thing I have done and my biggest feat and I am so beyond grateful to everyone that has helped me through this journey. From training with me to pushing me further than I ever thought possible from the sidelines. I’m extremely proud to call each and every one of you who has supported me along my journey family. If there is one message I got out of all of this, it is to Suffer Well. We are given struggles everyday that teach us monumental values and more often than not we take those values and our problems for granted. Suffer Well, be in the moment in all that you do, and appreciate the hard things while you have these transformative periods.

To my brother : This is all for you, Emil, since the day I was born you were there for me everyday. Every step of the way you were there, and I am so beyond proud to call you brother. I choose everyday to honor you in succeeding in dreams and life goals we once talked about, and this was one of them. Being without you has taught me so many lessons and the main one is to keep pushing forward no matter how hard it might be. You knew that more than anyone, and you made sure that it was the one thing that I got from you. I will continue to try and make you proud in all that I do and carry you and your legacy forward. I love you and miss you so much more than you’ll ever know Five.
