Man, I grenaded my knee last hike in early June. Throttle therapy the rest of the summer. At least I can use my brakes downhill, not rely on a gimpy, grinding joint that just wants a hot tub and a rest!😂 tho I can get behind that. As long as I do t have to hurt it first! Again! 😉
