CASA Philadelphia volunteers are specially trained advocates appointed by the court to provide individualized advocacy for children in the welfare system.
CASA Philadelphia is proud to have 119 volunteers serving children in our community — trained, appointed, and trusted.
Each volunteer is assigned to one child or sibling group. They work alongside case managers, families, foster parents, attorneys, and service providers, focused entirely on that one child or family's needs. On Court Appointed Special Advocates Day, we honor them.
