Buena Vida Wellness is a Latina woman-owned wellness brand on a mission to empower women mentally, physically, and spiritually through healing experiences in CT 🧚🏽
Buena Vida Wellness is inspired by the healing power of nature. From the vibrant colors of the tropical rainforest to the soothing sounds of the earth, everything we create is designed to help you reconnect with your mind, body, and soul ✨
This journey began when Chantal (the founder) became a Certified Spiritual Life Coach through the Life Purpose Institute in San Diego, California. That experience deepened her passion for helping women become the healthiest and most confident version of themselves.
At 29, she made the decision to intentionally create the life she had always dreamed of and realized it started with her daily habits.
She focused on building a strong foundation through movement, nourishing her body, creating healthy routines, protecting her energy, and becoming the highest version of herself before stepping into her 30s.
Today, Buena Vida Wellness has hosted over 10 wellness events and continues to partner with local businesses and brands to expand her offerings.
Our mission is to empower women to feel aligned, confident, and inspired to become the healthiest version of themselves through movement, meditation, education and connection ✨
Our mantra of living the Buena Vida “Good Life” is all about creating a life you truly love by healing your mind, body, and soul 🌺
Our wellness events are created for women to feel empowered, supported, and inspired to grow.
We have hosted over 10 wellness events in CT including:
• Women’s Self Defense class
• Guided Journal Social
• Salt Cave Sound Bath Meditation
• Sauna + Sound Bath Meditation
• Sunrise + Sunset Sound Bath Meditation
• Wellness Workshop
• Wellness Reset (Mind, Body, Soul)
And will be adding Mat Pilates + Sound Bath to the list ✨
