My cousin @niome.e invited me to Coffee & Cardio with @growwithjo and I’m so glad she did!! The day was filled with love, encouragement, praise, and a cardio workout that had us sweatinggg🥵

What inspired me most was seeing how many women have been impacted by Jo’s journey! Watching women uplift and encourage one another will always be something I love to see!
