The Top Things I Refuse to do as a Coach 🚫 . 1. I will never push a laundry list or cookie cutter list of PEDs. Every client is different in their journey. Not EVERYONE needs even needs PEDs. 2. I will never slash all your calories just to get the scale to move. Especially when we are trying to fix your metabolism, the last thing we need to do is tank it. I will guide you through the hard parts because it’s a marathon not a sprint. 3. Trust me, you won’t ever hear me say you can’t have a brownie. Throughout a clients journey, there are a time and place for “cheat meals”. It doesn’t mean we can enjoy them daily, but you don’t have to give them up forever. I focus on a balanced meal plan with variety so you can enjoy foods you love, without being miserable. 4. I won’t tell you what you want to hear, I tell you what you NEED to hear. If you’re slacking, I tell you. If you can’t stay on track, we have a talk. You don’t just hire me to get results, I give you the plan and accountability, you have to do the work. 5. I will never let a client set an unrealistic timeline for a goal. I have declined working with clients for bodybuilding shows when they come to me and say they want to do a show in 8 weeks, but they clearly have more body fat to lose. I’m not the coach for everyone. But I promise you, that I give a shit about you and your health. My coaching isn’t a copy & paste plan, it’s a program designed to help you individually reach your goals and build that confidence that truly makes you feel unstoppable.
