On the other hand, progress isn’t ruined by taking a few days off running when temperatures are TOO high. 🙏🏻 A few weeks ago it was “code red” in the country I live in. I enjoyed my extra rest days and kept telling myself: no matter if I run a PB in September or not, I’m still an amateur. No need to cross off 100% on your training plan, 80% is already good enough for many!
