I can’t lie, it’s been lovely not carving loads of messy pumpkins that they all get bored with and I have to finish 🎃😂and having a houseful of screaming kiddo’s high on sugar, worrying about dogs eating stuff they shouldn’t, decorating the house, making costumes, spooky meals and all the chaos that comes with it. Over 20 years of it, crikey time flies!! It’s been SUCH FUN, but I’ll just have a little break & put my feet up, in case I have grandchildren and do it all over again😂🎃🪄🧙🧟‍♀️♥️ #happyhalloween🎃👻

Missed me?😇🙈🫶

Consistency beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard.
As a wrestler, your strength and conditioning (S&C) isn’t a part-time job. It’s the engine behind every takedown, every escape, and every second you survive on the mat. You can have the best technique in the world, but if your gas tank is empty by the second period, you’ve already lost.
Here is why daily physical conditioning is non-negotiable:
💪 Mat Strength: Wrestling requires a brutal combination of explosive power and static endurance. Daily targeted work builds muscles that don’t just look strong—they perform under pressure.
🫁 Bulletproof Cardio: Champions are made when the lungs are burning. Daily conditioning pushes your aerobic and anaerobic thresholds so you can outlast anyone.
🛡️ Injury Prevention: Heavy lifting and mobility work build a shield around your joints and spine. Stay on the mat, stay off the sidelines.
It’s not about destroying yourself every single day. It’s about showing up. Heavy lifting, explosive plyometrics, or active recovery mobility—every day counts.

➡️ How to create a cinematic series with AI

P.S. Comment “fal” and we’ll send you the full workflow and prompts for free.

One good scene can become the beginning of a whole series.

Start by giving the @fal agent a clear idea of the story, its world and the people in it.

Here’s how the workflow runs:

→ Define the series. Explain the genre, setting, central storyline and how the episodes connect.

→ Give it a name and visual style. Explore different directions, then choose the light, colours and atmosphere you want to carry through the series.

→ Generate and lock your characters. Approve their faces, outfits and defining details before creating the episode.

→ Script and storyboard episode one. Refine the dialogue, actions and shots until the story flows.

→ Let the agent generate the first episode using your approved characters, script and storyboard.

You now have a foundation you can build on for the next episode.
