Introducing ~ a legendary collab for 𝑾𝑾𝑰𝑴 𝒙 𝑵𝒐𝒊𝒛𝒆𝒎𝒂𝒔𝒄𝒉𝒊𝒏!! 175 🔥♥️

@fallen_eyelash is perhaps best known as the person doing ridiculously good live drawings at exploratory music events in Boorloo, or as a rock star in @bribes___ . But they are also a music weirdo songwriter and singer excited by microtonality ⌑~ ♬♪ ⊹

Sage Pbbbt is an icon who has inspired quite possibly everybody who improvises in Boorloo, and many around the continent. Her lack of social media presence can make her seem much more mysterious than she is 👻 ࣪ ִֶָ☾.

In the duo’s words:

Sage Pbbbt [SagePbbbt.com] is a vocal improviser. She uses a lot of what people often call ‘extended vocal technique’. (But she has some feelings about that phrase.) Her music is influenced by feminist, queer and trans theory. It is also steeped in ritual magick, insight meditation and anarchism. She is also Sage J Harlow—a composer of text scores and writer of poetry. Her first text score opera called O,D,E was produced by Tone List in 2025. She can be quite silly. She tries to be kind.

Fallen Eyelash is a songwriter who works with microtonal tuning systems. Their songs marry a naive sense of curiosity and play with obscure, almost grotesque formalism. Transformation is currently their favourite thing to sing about. Over the past two years Fallen Eyelash and Sage Pbbbt have been singing together in a working group called Rational Playtime, which is devoted to exploring a microtonal tuning system called just intonation.
