STATEMENT: Current US Admissibility Situation. On the 25th of June at around 7pm Pacific time, I landed in Seattle Tacoma International Airport to attend various events hosted by the Seattle Leatherdykes, Seattle Trans Pride, and Seattle Pride, which were happening across that weekend. After collecting my luggage I reached passport control, where upon questioning of my employment status and the intent of my visit, my phone and passport were confiscated and I was escorted to secondary screening by US Customs and Border Protection. I was compelled to give up my phone password, and then questioned multiple times, with the underlying threat that my assigned officer would know if I were lying on account of his access to my phone. Multiple hours later, sleep deprived and in nicotine and caffeine withdrawal, I was interrogated on video and under oath, during which I was asked repeat questions and various questions about other information which the officer had found on my phone. I was later informed that I would be denied entry, and that my ESTA would be revoked. I would be placed on a flight back to the UK at an undisclosed time. I was denied coffee, was only allowed water and up to two frozen meals, slept on a camping cot in the CBP waiting area, and had to plead with officesrs to be able to obtain prescribed medication from my belongings. I woke up on the 26th to Fox News television reports covering the Seattle Trans Pride march which I was due to attend. It wasn't until approximately 9pm Pacific that I was escorted to my flight, by which time I had been held for over 24 hours. Two Customs and Border Protection officers took me to my gate in the departure lounge. They escorted me all the way to the plane door, one behind and one in front. I remember looking at the officer in front of me, and seeing an American flag-coloured Punisher skull sticker on the magazine of his Glock. When reaching the plane door, a brown paper envelope containing my phone, passport, and interrogation transcript was handed to a flight attendant.
