Your mind is the most powerful pharmacy! 🧠

We often forget that what you say to yourself has real biological effects. Your thoughts don’t float in the background. They send signals through your nervous system that can raise stress hormones, drive inflammation, or support healing.

When you keep telling yourself you’re sick, your body treats that like a threat. Cortisol rises and your system shifts into protection mode. That makes it harder to heal.

This is neuroscience and psychoneuroimmunology, which looks at how your thoughts and emotions influence your brain, your hormones, and your immunity.

Your mind and body are in constant communication. The way you talk to yourself shapes that conversation more than most people realize. What will you tell yourself today?

А вот и самый яркий момент из выступления 😎🔥

Listen, I have a job to do. Whether Aaron Rodgers knows we’re having this conversation is a separate matter. 😭😂💀

The questions are ready. The answers are giving. And this imaginary microphone deserves a RAISE. 🎤🤣

But something tells me this might not be our last conversation… 👀🤫

Anyway, I’ll let the game do the talking. 🏈😂
