Long overdue post from COJT 5&6…
Both boys were absolutely fabulous both weeks, our first week I dropped down a class on both horses to work on rideability and distances as well as to set us up to move back up for the second week. Not only was it good for my horses to have a low stress “warm up” week, but I got to work on my accuracy and lines, which are both very important factors in moving back up. this was potentially my last show on Gatsby so I wanted to make sure we had a good foundation and lots of confidence to do the 1.10 together. Peeta and I placed in every class, with 2 reserve champions, a first, and a 4th in the .90, 2nd in the .95 classic, and 4th in the .85 classic. Gatsby and I placed two 2nds and a 6th the 1.10, and a 4th, 7th and 8th in the 1m. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better show and thank you to my team and family for always supporting me.💗 @ninealta_equestrian @co_jumpingtour @jump_nee @capturedmomentphotodotcom
